Jakarta - Salmon yang kaya lemak omega 3 sangat baik untuk jantung. Belum lagi teksturnya sangat lembut dan gurih. Dimasak dengan jamur yang segar plus bumbu yang ringan, jadilah sajian yang menggugah selera. Rasanya lezat, jantungpun tetap sehat!
Bahan:
3 potong @ 100 g fillet salmon
1 siung bawang putih, parut
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdm minyak sayur
Saus:
1 sdm minyak sayur
10 g bawang Bombay, cincang
1 siung bawang putih, cincang
50 g jamur enoki, bersihkan
3 buah jamur shitake, potong 4
2 sdm kecap Jepang
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1/2 sdt gula pasir
100 ml air
1/4 sdt tepung maizena, larutkan dengan sedikit air
